84. Dr. Jegerasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether Samuel Muindi is still held under detention by the Government of Kenya, and, if so, when he will be released.
Mr. Creech JonesI am informed by the Governor that the Order made in 1938 against Samuel Muindi has not yet been revoked. I understand that his case has been periodically reviewed, but I am making further inquiries into the case.
