Friend is unable to give the figures asked for in the first part of the Question, as returns made to his Department are supplied on the understanding that details relating to a particular firm will not be disclosed. As regards the second part exports of Ransomes' market-garden tractors and tractor cultivators in the 10 months ended 31st October, 1946, represented 8 per cent. and 7 per cent., respectively, of the total production.
