§ Mr. BlenkinsopThe Pensions Appeal Tribunal decision of the 8th July, 1946, concerned entitlement only and, pending Mr. Shearer's examination by a medical board, a provisional award at the 20 per cent. rate was issued from that date. Following the board and an X-ray examination an award of 30 per cent. has now been made in place of the provisional award, and has been dated back to 10th October, 1945.
