§ Mr. Leslieasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what complaints he has received about the conduct of Borstal boys in an institute in the Aycliffe district who have done considerable damage to property locally and generally disturbed the peace of mind of the residents; and what action he has taken to stop this disorderly conduct.
§ Mr. EdeThere is no Borstal institution in the Aycliffe district and I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the Aycliffe Approved School. I have received no complaints about the conduct of the boys at this school.
