§ Mr. G. R. StraussThe Road Traffic Act, 1934, prescribes that a person submitting himself for a driving test shall pay such fee not exceeding 10s. as may be specified in the regulations. The cost of the driving test organisation has increased to an extent which justifies the substitution of a fee of 7s. 6d. for the fee of 5s. fixed in 1937.
