§ 106. Mr. Championasked the Minister of Supply why he made an allocation of steel for the fabrication of steel cycle racks for use outside shops as an advertising sign for Messrs. Littlewoods, when steel is urgently required for other and essential purposes.
§ Mr. WilmotSteel is allocated for the manufacture of cycle racking for all purposes, and no special allocation was made in this case. With regard to distribution, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade on 16th October to the hon. Member for Bilston (Mr. Nally).
