§ Mr. de FreitasThe Meteorological Service is making extensive use of these wartime improvements, many of which it was responsible for developing. Modern methods of collecting information and modern equipment, such as radio and radar, are being used more and more. Research and development is going ahead to ensure that we maintain the best possible service.
