§ Mr. BelcherThe docket entitles the holder to buy 15 square yards of rationed curtain material, and a further quantity may be bought on surrendering coupons. The supply position does not justify an increase in this allowance, but other curtain materials, which can be bought without dockets, are available both on the ration and coupon free.
