§ Mr. StracheyIt is difficult to determine what is an average size bakery and I regret that the precise information asked for is not available. I find, however, that the number of B.U. coupons received from a fair size bakery in a provincial town was 23,061 in respect of a four-week period, and I estimate that it would take one clerk 11 to 12 hours to count them.
