§ Sir W. Smithersasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that some of the lorries which are now being sold at Ministry of Supply disposal sales are slightly over the legal width, he will alter the Regulations so that these lorries can be made available for use.
§ Mr. BarnesVehicles from the Services may have a variety of features making them unsuitable and illegal for civilian use. I am not prepared to amend the Regulations to allow greater width for vehicles in general operation.
