asked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether he is aware of the extent of the problem of juvenile delinquency in the British zone in Germany; and whether any special steps are contemplated to deal with it throughout the zone as contrasted with the British sector of Berlin.

Yes, Sir, and the steps taken to deal with this problem in the zone are similar to those referred to in the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for South Croydon (Mr. Rees-Williams) on 22nd October These measures have already resulted in an appreciable improvement in the zone.
