HC Deb 01 November 1946 vol 428 c159W
Mr. Paget

asked the Minister of National Insurance why Mr. A. Smart, 33, Lincoln Street, Mr. W. Love, 51, Washington Street, Mr. J. Gooding, 52, Lincoln Street and Mr Peter Holdesley, 96, Abington Avenue, all of Northampton, have not received their new pension books.

Mr. J. Griffiths

Pension order books for Mr. Smart, Mr. Love and Mr. Gooding were sent out at the end of September, but as they appear to have gone astray duplicate books were issued to the post office at Kingsthorpe, Northampton, on 30th October. It has not been possible to identify Mr. Holdesley in the records of my Department from the particulars given by my hon. Friend, but I am having further inquiry made and will write to him as soon as possible.
