§ Mr. CollickThe estimated annual average price for strawberries received by growers in England and Wales was approximately 65s. and 62s. per cwt. in 1938 and 1939 respectively. These average prices cover strawberries of all kinds and qualities including those sold to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers.
