Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Labour if he will reconsider the case, details of which have been submitted to him, of a science graduate of London University who was nominated for a research scholarship at the Imperial College, and who is prevented from accepting this offer, through misapprehension, by the Appointments Board, of material circumstances in the case.
