Only a fraction of evacuated staffs can hope to be brought back to London while the present shortage of accommodation continues, and applications for return must be judged on their merits and not by any rigid formula. Arrangements have already been made for the return of a limited number of the London-based staff of the Ministry of Pensions from Blackpool.
