§ 102. Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he can now supply further information respecting the operation of the Sierra Leone Sedition Ordinance and the allegations of harsh treatment and miscarriage of justice under that ordinance.
§ Mr. George HallI caused a note to be sent to my hon. Friend on 5th January last containing information on this subject which, I feel, dealt fully and satisfactorily with the allegations to which he had drawn my attention. I have nothing to add to that information, but if my hon. Friend wishes to furnish me with further material on the matter, I am, of course, prepared to look into it.
