23. Mr. Braddockasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether C/JX 540693 A.B. G. W. Freeborn, who died recently of smallpox in India, had been vaccinated at any time since when he joined the R.N. two years ago.
Mr. DugdaleI have at present no definite evidence whether this rating was, or was not, vaccinated, and I am, therefore, having further inquiries made.
