§ 19. Mr. Prittasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the British Military Administration in the Island of Cos refused in January last to one, Dimitrius K. Hagianniou, a fully-qualified Greek advocate, permission to practise in the island on the ground that he had not the qualification required by the existing law, namely, that of Italy; and whether he will put a stop to a system which permits Italian Fascists to practise and prohibits Greeks from so doing.
