§ Mr, Ness EdwardsThe Service Departments have authorised the offer of Class B release to all releasable agricultural workers with over. twelve months' service who have been identified as eligible under the block release arrangements. In addition, as my right hon. Friend informed the hon. Member on 9th April, arrangements have been made for war agricultural executive committees to consider applications from employers for the release of agricultural workers who do not receive offers of release under the block arrangements.
