Captain E. Noel-Bakerasked the Attorney-General why the appeal of Mr. A. Cull of 38, Pottery Road, Brentford, has not yet been heard, although Mr. Cull first applied to the Pensions Appeal Tribunal in December, 1944.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe listing of this case for hearing has been deferred at the request of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Pensions pending a decision on a further claim by Mr. Cull under the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme in respect of a war injury. The settlement of this claim has involved medical examination and protracted inquiries but it is hoped to settle the case shortly.
