§ 100. Mr. Formanasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will give immediate consideration to a reduction in the number of coupons required for children's footwear, having regard to the fact that where there are several children in a family the parents have to give up some of their own coupons in order to keep the children sufficiently well shod to attend school.
§ Mr. BelcherNo, Sir. We are unable at present to add to the special concessions which children already enjoy.
