§ Mr. Tomlinson:My right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport has arranged for a substantial allocation of prisoners of war and an allocation of heavy excavators for stone quarries. The manufacture of artificial stone in Scotland is being stimulated by support of applications to erect new works and by assistance to manufacturers in obtaining labour, transport and plant.
