Mr. Driberǵasked the Minister of Health if he will consider including in future issues of Appendix B to the Housing Return the approximate numbers of persons on the waiting lists of the respective local authorities.
§ Mr. Bevan:I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Gravesend (Mr. Garry Allighan) on 21st February in which I explained that there is a good deal of duplication between the lists of different housing authorities. Publication of the waiting lists of all local authorities would be most misleading.
