Mr. Driberǵasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that an order has been issued in 32 Field Regiment, R.A., B.A.O.R., that the time of curfew for British troops is to remain at 23.00 hours, but that the time of curfew for German civilians has been altered from 22.30 to 23.30 hours; and if he will cause this apparent discrimination in favour of German civilians against British soldiers to be modified.
§ Mr. Lawson:The time of curfew for British troops is left to the discretion of local commanders, but I understand that in the division concerned the time was altered to 23.59 hours a few days after the change in the time of the civilian curfew.
