asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is now in a position to make a statement on inter-allied policy on the future administration of the Ruhr; and if any concerted plan is being put into operation to increase the rehabilitation of industrial life in the Ruhr area.

Mr. McNeil:

In view of the discussions now taking place in Paris on this question, my right hon. Friend is not yet in a position to make any statement.
