§ 96. Mr. Awberyasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that when awards are made under the War Damage Act, 1941, Private Chattels Scheme, persons are subjected to a means test on form W.D.A.***** when applying for an advanced payment in order to purchase household requisites; and if he will give an instruction that such a test be abolished.
