§ Mr. BarnesThe purposes and functions of the European Central Inland Transport Organisation are set out in Command Paper 6685 of 1945, of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy. The agreement was signed on behalf of the Governments of the following countries: United States of America, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Yugoslavia.
