§ Miss WilkinsonI assume the hon. Member is referring to University students. The exchange of such students has my warm interest and support, though the arrangements for them are rather for the Universities and for the British Council than for the Minister of Education. I understand that there are a number of exchanges in hand during the present year, and I have no doubt that as conditions become more favourable the number will increase.
