§ Mr. William Palingasked the President of the Board of Trade if, in view of the urgent demand of householders for supplies of blankets, sheets and household linen, he will arrange for immediate disposal of the large surplus service supplies now lying at various places throughout the country.
§ Mr. BelcherSurplus blankets, sheets and household linen are being sold as rapidly as possible but the quantity now on hand is not large. Nearly a million surplus blankets have already been sold on the home market.
