asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what has happened to the ex-Sultan of Selangor.

I assume that the hon. Member refers to Tunku Musa Addin, the eldest brother of His Highness the Sultan of Selangor, who was installed by the Japanese as Sultan of that State but was replaced by the rightful Sultan as one of the first acts of the British Military Administration. Tunku Musa Addin is at present under detention in Cocos Island.
