§ Dr. SummerskillThe surplus of Ethiopian grain available for export this year is not likely to exceed the requirements of neighbouring territories. As regards the second part of the Question, difficulties of transport and a lack of refrigerating plant prevent the development of exports of cattle from Ethiopia to this country.
