Mr. Toucheasked the Secretary of State for War what representations he has received from the Surrey County Council regarding the continued existence of dumps of ammunition at numerous places in the county; and whether he will take steps to have this source of potential danger removed as soon as possible and, in the meantime, kept under adequate control.
§ Mr. LawsonA letter dated 19th February, 1946, has been received from the Surrey County Council. A full reply to this letter was sent on 26th February on the lines of my reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Wimbledon (Mr. Palmer) last Tuesday, to which T would refer the hon. Member.
