§ Mr. Bevan. The decision on the proposal to acquire this site, which owing to instability cannot be used for a number of years, has been deferred pending clearance for housing of a much larger adjoining site, which is under consideration. No valuation has yet been given of the site, which is agricultural land and, therefore, not rated.
