§ Mr. BarnesThe whole of Scotland has, since 1941 been one traffic area with headquarters at Edinburgh and a deputy at Aberdeen. I am being compelled to vacate the premises at 14, Crown Terrace, Aberdeen, but I am maintaining an office in that town.
