§ Mr. Ness EdwardsI am aware of the case to which my hon. Friends refers. Without expressing any opinion on the decision by the Reinstatement Committee in this particular case, which may possibly be the subject of an appeal to the Umpire, I adhere to the view that the leaflet is correct.
