§ Mr. Byersasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been drawn to the observations made by Mr. Justice Stable at Manchester Assizes, on 23rd July, regarding the Rules and Orders affecting the furniture trade and the fact that the present condition of these Rules and Orders is such as to make them unintelligible; and what steps he proposes 202W to take to reduce these Rules and Orders to a more intelligible form.
