Mellorasked the Undersecretary of State for Dominion Affairs why the Merchant Shipping (Registration of New Zealand Government Ships) Older, 1946 (S.R. & O., 1946, No. 1086), which was made on 10th July, does not comply with the requirements of Treasury Circular No. 21/46 dated 21st June.
