§ Mr. BarnesUnder the standard terms and conditions of carriage of merchandise, authorised by the Railway Rates Tribunal under the provisions of the Railways Act, 1921, the railway companies 75W are not held liable for loss, damage or delay proved by the railway companies to have been caused by strikes. The relevant conditions are No. 17 and No. G.14.
