§ Mr. CollickThe supply of fishmeal depends on the quantity of fish landed and the utilisation of waste material arising from it. Catching power is gradually increasing and as my right hon. Friend the Minister of Food proposes to alter the present Maximum Prices Order so as to provide an inducement to the landing of cod and coalfish with head on, an increase in fishmeal production may be expected.
