§ Mr. Garry Allighanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware that the Cotton Control in Egypt recently rejected a British firm's tender, causing the firm to sell the cotton to an Egyptian firm who immediately resold it to the Cotton Control, which transaction resulted in the consumer having to pay the addition of an increased price and two lots of commission; and whether he will have the trading operations of the Cotton Control in Egypt investigated.
