§ 114. Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that at or about 3 p.m., from 8th July, 1946, onwards, Driver Mitchell, 27th Company, R.A.S.C., H.2 Platoon, C.M.F., was doing pack drill in the heat of the afternoon each day as a result of seven days' field punishment; and what disciplinary action he proposes to take with the officer concerned, in view of the fact that pack drill has been abolished as a punishment in the British Army.
