§ Captain Gunterasked the Minister of Transport the number of persons booking tickets for journeys in the direction of London, including Fenchurch Street, from the following L.M.S. stations: Shoeburyness, Thorpe Bay, Southend-on-Sea, Westcliff, Chalkwell, Benfleet, Pitsea and Laindon, on 26th June, 1946, and the number of season-ticket holders travelling in the same direction from each of the above-mentioned stations on the same date.
