Mr. Digbyasked the Minister of Food on what grounds it has been decided that no white flour or white bread should be made available for invalids who are unable to digest bread made from supplies of flour having an extraction rate of 90 per cent., although special provision was made for such persons during the 1914 to 1918 war.
