§ Mr. BelcherI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on 6th May to the hon. Member for Evesham (Mr. De la Bère). The manufacturers of watering cans have promised to do all they can to improve supplies, but they are handicapped by shortage of labour and of steel in the appropriate gauges.
