§ 1. Sir G. Foxasked the Minister of Supply for what purpose 23,000 cases of rum, each containing four magnum bottles, which are stored at Devonport, have been acquired by his Department from the War Office.
§ Mr. Wilmot:I regret that, despite a long and thirsty search, I have not been able to trace the transaction to which the hon. and gallant Member refers. Nor have I found the rum. I should be glad of any clues.
