Member for West Fife drawing attention to the low rates of allowances for sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses; and whether he intends to take any action to improve the present rates.
§ Mr. BurkeMy attention has been drawn to the letter to which the hon. Member refers. As stated in the reply sent by my noble Friend, the general question of revising the remuneration of sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses is under discussion with their accredited representatives.
