§ 82. Brigadier Lowasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that his Department is satisfied at present 9W with a delay of up to seven days in urgent cases between the making of a decision and its implementation by despatching the necessary authority to private persons and if he will instruct his Department that decisions once taken by himself or any senior official acting under him shall be implemented within 24 hours.
