§ Mr. Sparksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state the number of road accidents which took place within the Metropolitan Police area during 1945, where drivers of vehicles involved failed to stop; and the number of such cases where the drivers of such vehicles have subsequently been traced.
