§ Colonel Errollasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the recent Soviet broadcast, he has any information about the prospects of an early cessation of food rationing in the U.S.S.R.
Mr. Gammonsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if food is still being supplied by U.N.R.R.A. to Poland and Eastern Europe; and if representations have been made that.U.S.S.R. should be responsible for feeding these countries, in view of the fact that rationing has now been discontinued in the U.S.S.R.
Mr. Noel-BakerU.N.R.R.A. is still supplying food to Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Greece. I have no information that rationing has been ended in the U.S.S.R., or that a decision has been made to end it on any given date.
