Mr. Creech JonesI would invite the attention of my hon. Friend to the reply which I have given to my hon. Friend the Member for Smethwick (Mr. Gordon-Walker). I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of Sir Harold MacMichael's Report, from which he will see that each of the nine Rulers, before signing the new Agreement affecting his State, was presented with a full and clear statement of the intentions of His Majesty's Government.
